SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with MyCartShop! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states. (We hope to offer international shipping soon.)

Made to order
Every MyCartShop item is printed to order — we make it just for you after you place your order. This means a little extra time up front, but it also means less waste and a fresh, made-for-you product.

Processing time
Orders are produced within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. During new launches, holidays, or sales, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping time
Once your order ships, standard delivery within the US typically takes 3–5 business days.

Total estimated delivery: about 5–10 business days from order to doorstep (processing + shipping combined).

Shipping rates
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $[4.99] per order. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. (Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.)

Where your order ships from
Our products are printed and fulfilled by our trusted print partners located in the United States.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to change an address once an order enters production, and we aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo (for damage). We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Delays outside our control
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is in the carrier's hands. We can't be responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control, but we'll always help you track it down.
