Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take?
Every item is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping is another 3–5 business days — so about 5–10 business days from order to doorstep.
Why does it take a little longer than other stores?
Because nothing is pre-made or sitting in a warehouse. We print each item only after you order it — that means less waste, and a fresh product made just for you.
Where do you ship, and how much is it?
We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states). Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout before you pay. International shipping is coming soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes — as soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to start updating.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Because items are made to order, we accept returns and exchanges for anything damaged, defective, or misprinted. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we can update or cancel it. Once it's in production, we're unable to make changes.
Products & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Check our Size Guide for measurements. If you're between sizes, we'd recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
How should I care for my items?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors, and tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly over prints. This keeps colors vibrant and prints crisp wash after wash.
Are your designs original?
Yes — our prints are designed in-house, not the mass-market clip art you'll find on other stores.
